Shipping Options

UK Shipping

We have 3 great domestic shipping options to offer to you
- Standard Delivery (Fast & Free), Same day dispatch when ordered before Midday. This service uses Royal Mails fully tracked 24 service, this service has a one working day delivery aim, but this is not guaranteed. 
- Specific Date Shipping - £7.50, Our date select shipping will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery to be delivered before 4PM on the date of your choice! (cannot be next working day) - The date selector is on the add to cart page below the item in your cart.

Next Working Day Shipping - £10.00, If ordered before 2pm between Monday & Friday your order will be dispatched the same day with the aim of it arriving the next working day (meaning if you order on Friday with this option although possible this does not guarantee Saturday delivery). There is no need to pick a date on the date picker during checkout for this option.

You should receive a text and/or email from Royal Mail detailing your delivery information for a more accurate idea of when your arrangement will be delivered on the day.

International Shipping

We accommodate international orders, unfortunately we don't have any control over the time frame of this delivery, so please ensure you order with plenty of time to spare before you require your roses!

Unboxing Your Arrangement 

It is important that you remove the packaging materials used whilst shipping carefully to ensure you do not damage your roses whilst unboxing them!

Large Orders

For large orders we will arrange alternative methods of transport for your roses. Whether this is through courier or even personally dropping them at their final destination.

Other Notes

Although unlikely please understand that due to the nature of the product we are shipping some of the petals may become slightly cracked whilst in transit, although a large percentage of the time this will be unnoticeable. We always take upmost care whilst packaging the roses!


Returns

Unfortunately due to the perishable nature & the fact that every arrangement is created to order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Shipping Terms & Conditions 

Mistakes in address - If your supplied shipping address does not exist within the Royal Mail address/postcode finder (https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode) it is highly unlikely that it will arrive with you. Eternal Blossom are not liable for deliveries not arriving in the expected time frame if the supplied shipping address is not correct. 

Re-shipping - If your delivery fails due to an incorrectly supplied shipping address, Eternal Blossom will re-ship your arrangement for you once free of charge to a new shipping address. If the delivery fails again standard delivery is chargeable at £5. In order to re-ship your arrangement we first have to wait for it to arrive back with us, this is a process that can take numerous days within the postal network. 

Standard Shipping - There is no guaranteed delivery time frame on our standard shipping service, the one working day specified by Royal Mail is an aim not a guarantee. For orders to be shipped out the same working day with our standard shipping service they must be placed before 12 midday between Monday & Friday. Standard shipping orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

Specific Date Shipping - If you have selected a delivery date on the cart page and correctly paid for our specific date shipping during checkout but your arrangement does not arrive on your specified delivery date, then you are entitled to your shipping fee refunded to you. If there is a delivery attempt shown on the tracking but you are not in to receive the arrangement this does not entitle you to a shipping refund as the delivery service has been attempted. 

Next Working Day Shipping - If you place an order before 2pm and select our next working day shipping option during checkout & your order does not arrive the next working day then you are entitled to your shipping fee refunded to you. If there is a delivery attempt shown on the tracking but you are not in to receive the arrangement this does not entitle you to a shipping refund as the delivery service has been attempted. 

Missing/Lost Items - Unfortunately things do go wrong sometimes within the postal network and we can only apologise on the very rare occasion this happens. Please rest assured that the situation will be resolved for you, but there is a process that needs to be followed in order for this to happen. There are set amounts of working days specified by Royal Mail (this varies depending on which shipping service has been used) that have to pass before we are able to declare an item as missing, when we are able to do this, you will be compensated for the missing item in the form of a re-ship or a refund.
