-Standard Delivery Fast & Free (Over £15), Same day dispatch when ordered before Midday,Monday – Friday.. This service uses one of Royal Mails fully tracked services, it has a one / two day delivery aim(£3.00 when order value is under £15)-Next Working Day / SpecificDate Shipping - £7.00, Next day shipping order cut off is 2pm. Our date select shipping will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery on the date of your choice! (Successful over 99% of the time) The date selector for your order is on the cart page below the item in your cart. Please ensure if you select a delivery date that you pay for the correct shipping option during checkout. This delivery service requires a signature upon the parcels arrival so the parcel will not be left unless a prior arrangement with Royal Mail is in place

Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands & Scottish Islands - 

We only operate our standard - Fast & Free shipping service (Free over £15, £3 when order value is below £15) to Northern Ireland, again we use Royal Mails fully tracked 24 service, it can take slightly longer than delivery to mainland UK, but still usually arrives within 2 working days!

International Shipping

We accommodate international orders, unfortunately we don't have any control over the time frame of this delivery, so please ensure you order with plenty of time to spare before you require your roses!Please note international orders may incur handling, clearing, customs duty & VAT charges as they enter a specific country that the recipient is likely to have to pay prior to delivery, it is your responsibility to check before purchasing what these charges are potentially going to be. - Update 01/01/2021. The UK has now left the European Union so the charges mentioned above now apply to EU countries.If you purchase from us to ship internationally we assume you've checked potential costs and are happy to settle the bill for the import fee's!

Unboxing Your Arrangement 

Important! Please read the instruction leaflet supplied with your order to ensure safe removal of your arrangement from its gift box, the steps are highlighted again below - 

  1. Hold onto your rose box and lift upwards, ensuring both the rose box and packing insert come out as one (IMPORTANT, do not lift the insert over the rose/s as this will cause damage to them, avoid touching the roses during removal)
  2. Once you have removed the arrangement and insert out of the gift box, cut the insert where instructed to free the arrangement. Cut with care to ensure you do not damage the rose box whilst doing this.
  3. Simply enjoy your beautiful year lasting real rose arrangement!

If your arrangement needs to be transported or shipped on again, it is important to leave it within it's packaging insert and gift box to ensure no damage occurs in transit.  

Large Orders

For large orders we will arrange alternative methods of transport for your roses. Whether this is through courier or even personally dropping them at their final destination.

Other Notes & Natural Products

Although unlikely please understand that due to the nature of the product we are shipping some of the petals may become slightly cracked whilst in transit, although a large percentage of the time this will be unnoticeable. We always take upmost care whilst packaging the roses!Our roses are real and 100% natural products that each and every rose will vary slightly in it's appearance. To take on their beautiful colours all our roses undergo a magical, chemical free process which involves the addition of dye, this dye may be absorbed at slightly different rates by each individual part of a rose which can result in slight differences in shade of each colour or slight spots of imperfection where more dye is absorbed by a particular part of a rose.


Order Cancellations 

If you need to cancel your order please let us know asap. If you order between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday our team begin working on your order almost immediately. As all of our arrangements are hand created to order, If we have already begun working on your order a cancellation fee of 20% of the order value will apply to cover our production costs. 

Returns

In line with Government guidance, unfortunately due to the perishable nature & the fact that every arrangement is created to order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Shipping Terms & Conditions 

Mistakes in address - If your supplied shipping address does not exist within the Royal Mail address/postcode finder (https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode) it is highly unlikely that it will arrive with you. Eternal Blossom are not liable for deliveries not arriving in the expected time frame if the supplied shipping address is not correct & cannot be held liable if the item is delivered when the address provided is incorrect as the item may not be recoverable. If you have incorrectly provided an address & opt to cancel instead of a reship, as well as our 20% cancellation fee your refund will also be less your shipping fee paid, this is as we will be charged for the attempted shipping attempt. If you did not pay any shipping fee and used our fast & free service a £5 fee will be chargeable to cover our cost. Personalised arrangements cannot be cancelled. 

Re-shipping - If your delivery fails due to an incorrectly supplied shipping address, Eternal Blossom will re-ship your arrangement for you once free of charge to a new shipping address. If the delivery fails again standard delivery is chargeable at £5. In order to re-ship your arrangement we first have to wait for it to arrive back with us, this is a process that can take numerous days within the postal network. 

Standard Shipping - There is no guaranteed delivery time frame on our standard shipping service, the one/two working days specified by Royal Mail is an aim not a guarantee. For orders to be shipped out the same working day with our standard shipping service they must be placed before 12 midday between Monday & Friday. Standard shipping orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

Next Day / Specific Date Shipping - If you have selected a delivery date on the cart page and correctly paid for our specific date shipping during checkout but your arrangement does not arrive on your specified delivery date, then you are entitled to your shipping fee refunded to you. If there is a delivery attempt shown on the tracking but you are not in to receive the arrangement this does not entitle you to a shipping refund as the delivery service has been attempted. Please note delivery may be made later if delivering to one of the below postcodes -

If you have paid for specific date shipping but have not left us a date (selected fast & free or another option on the cart page). Unless you contact us after your order has been placed to let us know what delivery date you would like, your order will get shipped out for delivery asap, as this is the overwhelming usual response when asked when to deliver. This is our default option as we have had numerous occasions where we've tried to get into contact with the purchaser, not got any response, we've then not shipped the arrangement and the purchaser has stated they wanted it for the next day. There are options to then delay your delivery a few days on the Royal Mail tracking if necessary.

Missing/Lost Items - Unfortunately things do go wrong sometimes within the postal network and we can only apologise on the very rare occasion this happens. Please rest assured that the situation will be resolved for you, but there is a process that needs to be followed in order for this to happen. There are set amounts of working days specified by Royal Mail (this varies depending on which shipping service has been used,) that have to pass before we are able to declare an item as missing, when we are able to do this, if the situation hasn't already been resolved, you will be compensated for the missing item in the form of a re-ship. (this also differs with other couriers) 

Adverse Weather Conditions - If a delivery is delayed or does not arrive on a specified day due to adverse weather conditions in any area of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) Eternal Blossom cannot be held liable for this occurrence. 

Force De Majeure - If any unforeseen event occurs that is seen as an act of god and is beyond either parties control, Eternal Blossom cannot be held liable for any arrangement not arriving. 

Damaged Goods

Our roses are very well packaged and it is almost unheard of for them to arrive damaged. On the extremely rare occasion this may occur it must be reported to us at latest 48 hours after the arrival of the arrangement. (the sooner the better). To help us isolate the cause of damage to the shipping process, please ensure you don't remove the arrangement from it's cardboard insert or gift box.

To help speed up the process of coming to a solution it's very important to include a photo with the initial email you send across to us.
