Please see below some of the questions we frequently get asked in the run up to Valentines Day. If you need to know anything else, please either take a look at our standard FAQ's or if necessary don't hesitate to get in contact with us   

What delivery options do I have?

We have 2 delivery options available that you'll be able to choose from during the checkout process  -
  1. Fast & Free - Same day dispatch when order made before midday. One to Two day delivery aim. Does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

  2. Specific Date (£7)* - Order will be delivered on the date selected on the cart page. Cut off for the selection of the next day is 2pm. 

If you select a delivery date on the cart page, but do not choose the £7 delivery option during checkout, your order will be shipped asap with our fast and free shipping

*Mainland UK only, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, The Isle of Man, The Scottish Isles & The Isle of Wight only have fast & free available as their shipping option

Can I order early with your fast & free shipping for Valentines Day?

Yes of course! Upon receiving your arrangement (after a quick check to make sure everything has arrived safely) the arrangement will be more than happy to sit within its shipping and gift boxes without any daylight or air until required on Valentines Day, this will not affect the roses minimum of 365 day lifespan!

Can I order now using your specific date shipping with Valentines Day as the delivery date?

Yes of course! An order at any point with our specific date shipping will ensure your roses are reserved, they are then shipped out for delivery on your selected date! 

Will my roses be okay sat in their gift box until Valentines Day?

Yes! Our arrangements are happy to live in their gift boxes hidden away for as long as required as they do not need any water. air or light to survive!

Can I order something special for Valentines Day? 

Of course we are always more than happy to help create the perfect arrangement for you, whether it is a personalisation, multiple rose colours or any other wish you may have please feel free to contact us with your requirements!

Can I change my order? 

All our arrangements are created to order and so we can keep up with demand (even if you have selected a delivery date in the future) after the 1st of February 2024 we will be creating all orders as they come in. If your order is standard (non personalised or bespoke) a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged on the original order & the new order will need to be re-made. All personalised & bespoke orders cannot be changed so please ensure you are 100% happy with your order when you place it.
