Valentines Day for the last few years has resulted in a complete sell out, this usually happens a couple of weeks before before the day itself and we aren't expect this year to be any different. So please get your order in early to avoid any disappointment!

Can I have my order delivered early with your fast & free shipping for Valentines Day?

Yes of course! Upon receiving your arrangement (after a quick check to make sure everything has arrived safely) the arrangement will be more than happy to sit within its shipping and gift boxes without any daylight or air until required closer to Valentines Day, this will not affect the roses guaranteed, minimum of 365 day lifespan!

Can I order now using your specific date shipping with a February delivery date?

Yes of course! An order at any point with our specific date shipping will ensure your roses are reserved for you, they are then shipped out for delivery on your selected date! If you are planning on gifting your roses yourself, we recommend a delivery for arrival before the date you require, please be reassured this will not affect your roses lifespan at all!

Will my roses be okay sat in their gift box until Valentines Day?

Yes! Our arrangements are happy to live in their gift boxes hidden away for as long as required as they do not need any water or light to survive!

Can I order something special for Valentines Day? 

Of course we are always more than happy to help create the perfect arrangement for you, whether it is a personalisation, multiple rose colours or any other wish you may have please feel free to contact us with your requirements!

Additional Information For Valentines Day Shopping

We use Royal Mail to ship all of our arrangements! If it's possible for your circumstances & you need something for a selected date we would strongly suggest ordering it to arrive a day or 2 before the event. Although our specific date shipping deliveries arrive on the correct day over 99% of the time, we would hate you to be left disappointed if the extremely rare occurrence of a delivery delay were to occur.

If you are going to order early it is important to please ensure you open your delivery once it arrives to make sure it has travelled safely. Although it is extremely rare, if any damage occurs during the shipping process we require it to be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt, please do not remove the arrangement from it's gift box and packaging before letting us know (with a picture of the defect), this helps us isolate the damage to the shipping process. 

Valentines Order Changes & Cancellations

Valentines Day 2022 cancellations / changes - Please note if you make an order with specific date shipping for on or around Valentines day, in order for us to keep up with our volume of orders, all specific date shipping orders will be pre-made. Please note this will not affect the minimum of 365 minimum day lifespan of the rose(s). Due to this fact orders can only be changed if a 20% fee of the order value is paid to cover some of our costs. The same 20% cancellation fee will apply to orders that have already been produced and are awaiting shipping. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled or changed. 

Standard Cancellations Policy

If you need to cancel your order please let us know asap. If you order between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday our team begin working on your order very shortly after it is placed. As all of our arrangements are hand created to order, If we have already begun working on, or have already completed your order a cancellation fee of 20% of the order value will apply to cover our staff & production costs. If you have received your shipping confirmation email, your order has already been created and boxed for shipping, by this point it is too late to cancel.
